Jonathan Brancato

Jonathan has spent his entire legal career working exclusively as an advocate in criminal and quasi-criminal law. He is well-equipped to advise his clients in all areas of criminal law from driving matters to complex homicide and mental impairment matters. Jonathan regularly appears in the Magistrates’ Court, County Court and Supreme Court on behalf of our clients. He appreciates that being charged can be a very stressful experience and is committed to making it as stress-free as possible for all his clients.  Jonathan works closely with his clients to ensure that they understand the court process and the manner in which their matter is progressing. His attention to detail allows him to thoroughly analyse and consider the unique aspects of each of his clients’ matters whilst representing them. His passion for the law has grown exponentially and he is committed to working with his clients to achieve the best possible outcome on their behalf.
