Elizabeth Nickolls

Reputed to be the first female Solicitor in the Western District of Victoria in the 1970s, Liz started her own practice in 1997 and has practiced exclusively in criminal law ever since. Liz brings a wealth of legal experience and knowledge to the Gallant Law team and regularly appears on behalf of our clients in all courts across Victoria. Liz possesses exemplary legal analysis and negotiations skills and relies on these talents to achieve the best outcomes for our clients. Liz is incredibly kind and a renown human rights advocate. Throughout her career as a lawyer she has also worked at the University of Melbourne, as Managing Solicitor of the Court Advocacy Unit, DHHS, and as a Foster Carer of vulnerable youths.
